PROYECTO KOSMOS / ESPECTÁCULO DE DANZA CONTEMPORÁNEA
SOBRE EL PROYECTO
KOSMOS, es el diseño de un espectáculo de danza contemporánea que nace de la necesidad de materializar las ideas surgidas fruto de las inspiraciones aportadas por una de las canciones de la banda sonora de la película “Ángeles y demonios”, 2009.
La película está basada en la famosa novela de Dan Brown y cuenta con una banda sonora excepcional a manos del compositor Hans Zimmer. Illuminati, título del tema principal de la banda sonora, se convierte así en la musa para la realización de este proyecto.
La temática principal del espectáculo de danza se centra en los conceptos antagónicos: bien/mal, luz/oscuridad, atracción/repulsión y cielo/infierno. Los pares opuestos proporcionarán al espectador un mundo lleno de contradicciones, totalmente análogas a las que subren las almas de los seres humanos desde su origen. A lo largo de su historia, los seres humanos han vivido en constante enfrentamiento interior, guiados por su conciencia. Una conciencia que les empuja a hacer el bien o el mal.
Por este motivo, KOSMOS se remonta al origen de la creación, expresado en
forma de danza. La cosmogonía*, la mitología y las danzas rituales se fusionan para dar simbolismo a un espectáculo lleno de contrastes.
La realización del diseño escenográfico, la iluminación escénica y el vestuario de los personajes, han tenido su inspiración en la fusión de dos antiguas civilizaciones: EGIPTO Y GRECIA. A pesar de sus diferencias culturales, estas civilizaciones presentaron simi- litudes sociales basadas en sus propios rituales y mitologías.
* Cosmogonía. Creación del mundo para los egipcios. Antes de que se crease el universo existía un vasto caos líquido, el Nun. En el residían las semillas de la vida. Emanación de los rayos luminosos (Sol) que luchaban contra la presión de las fuerzas del caos (mal) que intentan aniquilar lo creado.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
KOSMOS, is the design of a contemporary dance show born of the need to materialize the ideas emerged as a result of the inspirations provided by one of the songs from the soundtrack of the movie "Angels and Demons", 2009.
The film is based on the famous novel by Dan Brown and has an exceptional soundtrack by the composer Hans Zimmer. Illuminati, title of the main theme of the soundtrack, becomes the muse for the realization of this project.

The main theme of the dance show focuses on the antagonistic concepts: good / bad, light / dark, attraction / repulsion and heaven / hell. The opposing pairs will provide the viewer with a world full of contradictions, totally analogous to those that submerge the souls of human beings from their origin. Throughout its history, human beings have lived in constant internal confrontation, guided by their conscience. A conscience that pushes them to do good or evil.

IDENTIDAD CORPORATIVA / CORPORATE IDENTITY
ORIGEN, INSPIRACIÓN Y CONSTRUCCIÓN / ORIGIN, INSPIRATION AND CONSTRUCTION
El logotipo proviene de la transliteración de la palabra griega "Kosmos" que significa: Cosmos, creación, origen y humanidad. El símbolo corporativo tiene su origen en dos elementos de la antigua civilización egipcia: "Shen o shenu" (amuleto de protección en forma de círculo) y la letra "U" de los antiguos jeroglíficos egipcios.
